Thank you for choosing Dreamers & Lovers. Because each gown is handcrafted in our California atelier, we keep the home try-on process simple, transparent, and secure.

Security Hold (Authorization Only)
A fully refundable, temporary authorization is placed on your card during checkout:
  • 1 gown → $500 hold
  • 2 gowns → $750 hold
  • 3 gowns → $1,000 hold
This is not a charge and is released once gowns return in original condition.

1) Return Timeline

Gowns must be returned within [2 days] of delivery (typically 2 business days). Pre-paid return labels are included. Returns beyond the allowed window may incur late fees or charges up to the retail value.

2) Condition of Gowns

Please try on gowns in a clean, smoke-free space. Return gowns unworn (other than try-on), unwashed, and free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet and human hair, soil, or alterations. Repairable damage may incur a repair fee; severe damage or non-restorable condition may be charged at full retail value.

3) Lost, Stolen, or Unreturned Gowns

If a gown is lost, stolen, or not returned, you authorize us to charge the card on file for the full retail value of the gown(s).

4) Payment Authorization & Card on File

At checkout, you agree that Dreamers & Lovers may:

  • Place the applicable temporary authorization (security hold) on your card.
  • Securely store your card via our payment processor for a limited time for enforcement of these terms.
  • Charge your card for repair costs or the retail value of any gown not returned or returned damaged beyond repair.

5) Cancellations

You may cancel prior to shipment for a full refund of the try-on fee. Once shipped, try-on fees are non-refundable.

6) Shipping & Liability

We provide outbound and return shipping. You are responsible for the gown(s) while in your possession. We are not liable for packages left unattended after delivery; please ship from the carrier counter and retain your receipt. You are not authorized to reroute the shipment while it is in transit.

7) Agreement

By proceeding to checkout, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
