Terms and Conditions
This agreement serves as a confirmation of your Dreamers & Lovers item, which is made to order. Please review the following order agreement form as your final order confirmation. All made-to-order items are final sale once the order has been placed into production. If you wish to cancel for any reason, there is a 24-hour grace period between your order and the commencement of production. No changes can be made once your order has been put into production. The order is considered a final sale once the 24-hour grace period has passed. If you placed this order mistakenly or need to cancel within 24 hours of the order’s being placed, please contact [email protected] or call (424) 448-2161.
SAMPLE SALE DRESSES
All sample sale dresses are sold as-is and are non-refundable. If you opt to try on a sample sale dress using our home try-on service, please note that the home try-on credit does not apply.
HOME TRY-ON
Home Try-on fees are non-refundable. You can cancel a home try-on order before it is shipped. We offer a complimentary home try-on fee credit if you order one of the dresses within four weeks of receiving the sample. Full information can be found under the home try-on FAQ.
STANDARD-SIZED DRESS
