This agreement serves as a confirmation of your Dreamers & Lovers item, which is made to order. Please review the following order agreement form as your final order confirmation. All made-to-order items are final sale once the order has been placed into production. If you wish to cancel for any reason, there is a 24-hour grace period between your order and the commencement of production. Once your order has been put into production, no changes can be made. Once the 24-hour grace period has passed, the order is considered a final sale. If you placed this order mistakenly or need to cancel within 24 hours of the order’s being placed, please contact [email protected]eamersandlovers.com or call (424)448-2161.
Your made-to-measure dress will be created using the measurements you provide to Dreamers & Lovers. We are not responsible for any incorrect measurements you provide. We recommend getting measured by a professional. Dreamers & Lovers can assist you with a virtual appointment if you are unsure about a measurement.
Some made-to-measure dresses will still require minor alterations. Alterations are typical and usually easy to work on. We are fully invested in you wearing your dress and feeling confident and stunning. We are happy to assist you with alterations. There are instances when it is easier to have your dress altered locally. Contact us, and we will guide you to determine what is best for you. If you decide to send it back to Dreamers & Lovers for alterations, you must do this within seven (7) days of receiving your dress in the mail. If you have us do the alterations, you will send the dress to our Torrance design studio. Before sending the dress back, please contact Dreamers & Lovers for approval.
