All made-to-order items are final sale once the order has been placed into production. If you wish to cancel for any reason, there is a 24-hour grace period between your order and the commencement of production. No changes can be made once your order has been put into production. The order is considered a final sale once the 24-hour grace period has passed. HOME TRY-ON
Home Try-on fees are non-refundable. You can cancel a home try-on order before it is shipped. We offer a complimentary home try-on fee credit if you order one of the dresses within four weeks of receiving the sample. Full information can be found under the home try-on FAQ.
